You have 14 days from when your order arrives to return it. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments plus you should decide to use your own shipping service to return your order.
** In terms of 'FREE SHIPPING', the customer is in charge of round-trip shipping fee when do return.

please ensure the merchandise you return is in its original condition with tags attached, and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

once your return has been processed, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be reflected back to your original payment method. please know we are unable to refund any other payment other than the method used for the original order.

교환 및 반품 규정:

• - 상품 교환이나 환불의 경우, 상품 수령일로부터 일주일 이내에 접수 바랍니다.
• - 반품 접수 후, 일주일 이내에 반품지에 상품이 도착하지 않을 경우 접수가 취소될 수 있는 점 유의 바랍니다.
• - 고객님의 단순 변심(사이즈, 컬러, 제품)에 의한 교환/환불의 경우, 고객님께서 왕복 배송비를 부담하셔야 합니다.
• - 상품하자의 경우 ANONYMOUTH 에서 교환 배송비를 부담하며, 환불의 경우 전액 환불됩니다.
• - 교환 및 반품 사유서 작성 및 동봉 부탁드립니다.
• - 교환 및 반품을 원하실 경우 택을 제거하지 않고 받으신 그대로 포장 후 보내주시길 바랍니다.
• - 회수된 상품은 검품 후 교환/환불 처리됩니다.
• - 교환 시, 교환 배송비 입금 바랍니다.

<교환 및 반품이 불가능한 경우>

• - 모니터 해상도와 밝기에 따라 색상이 실제와 다소 다를 수 있습니다.
• - 사이즈 측정 방법에 따른 약간의 오차(1~3cm)가 발생할 수 있습니다.
• - 실크나 가죽, 특수 소재 등 교환 및 반품이 불가능함을 따로 명시한 경우
  ※ 가죽제품은 소재 특성상 주름 및 스크래치가 발생하기 쉬우며 이는 교환 및 반품의 사유가 되지 않습니다.
• - 라벨, 텍 등이 멸실, 훼손되거나 제품의 사용 흔적(착용, 오염, 세탁, 수선 등)으로 인한 상품의 가치가 훼손된 경우
• - 일주일 이상의 교환시기가 경과하여 재판매가 어려운 경우
